Nemech Island is a large New Zealand-sized island that was originally just the copy of the Late Cretaceous Gobi Desert. The land was cloned by the ancient group of aliens who then moved the copied landscape into Pliocene shorelines off the coast of Central California, where it now lays as an island. It is filled with various species of plants and animals (including the famous non-avian dinosaurs). The island is an arid landscape mainly filled with deserts, dry scrublands, and dunes, where they are just as diverse in biodiversity as the Sahara Desert.
